Yoga & Meditation
Online yoga classes and guided meditations
Alongside my osteopathic work, I also share a small collection of yoga classes and guided meditations on my YouTube channel. These practices are offered as gentle, supportive resources to encourage ease of movement, reduce tension, and help you reconnect with a sense of balance and calm.
They may be used alongside osteopathic treatment as part of a broader approach to wellbeing. As with any movement or mindfulness practice, it’s important to listen to your body. If anything feels uncomfortable or aggravates symptoms, please stop and seek appropriate guidance. You are always welcome to get in touch if you would like to discuss whether a particular practice is suitable for you.

Yoga Class — For General Stiffness in the Spine
This is an ideal place to begin if you are new to yoga. The class focuses on gentle movements to awaken the spine, ease stiffness, and support overall mobility. It’s also a helpful option if you experience mild back discomfort.
It’s important to listen to your body. If anything feels uncomfortable or aggravates symptoms, please stop and seek appropriate guidance. If you have concerns or questions, I am always happy to advise.

Yoga Class — For Low Back, Pelvis & Hip Pain
This is a longer, more thorough practice created to support the low back, pelvis, and hips. The movements work gently to ease tension, increase mobility, and help the body settle into a more balanced state.
If you are completely new to yoga, you may find it helpful to begin with the first, more introductory class before trying this one.
Please stop if any movement causes pain and reach out if you’d like personalised guidance.

Yoga Class — For Shoulder, Elbow & Arm Problems
This class is designed for those experiencing discomfort in the shoulder, elbow, or wrist. The movements encourage healthy motion without placing strain on the affected areas.
At the end of the class, there is a gentle relaxation meditation which helps soften the muscles around the injury, making daily life feel a little easier.
If anything feels uncomfortable or aggravates symptoms, please stop and seek appropriate guidance. Feel free to contact me if you’d like support adapting the movements.
These yoga and meditation practices are educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
